This couple are biologist by trade and like travelling around (specially to beach places), taking pictures (slides mostly), listening to good music (normally what it doesnt play on radio), reading and going out for dinner with friends or staying at home... As for web stuff, programming (html, xhtml, javascript, css, dhtml, php, mysql) just as a hobby so far.

Scroller idea based upon columns script by 13thparallel (although we dont need to split the layers, this is just vertical). GuestBook navigation idea based upon some sites by doubleyou (no particular one, just in general). Photofolio idea based upon great websites by Rui Camilo, Steve Bonini, Tessa Oksanen and Melissa Newsome.

Already in 2003 we made some changes, starting by adding persistent links and a commenting system to the weblog. Later, we've fixed some structural inconsistencies and added another alternative static theme, based on old drawings located at the NOAA Photo Library. When we have some more time we will implement an additional system to show the pictures mixing PHP/dhtml at user level (yeah, you read it well).
