RSS version two

As explained by Dan, we're working on the new version of 13thparallel, and have decided on using (mainly) XHTML2 to store the contents. We have great ideas on new version, really. Cann't wait to see it all happen. Meanwhile I decided to switch to RSS2.0 for syndication, now reachable through this page (/rss/en/ for english and /rss/sp/ for spanish).

Feel free to update your bookmarks or change properties of your rss reader, and report any likely error you may find. Thanx.
