APC customer service

I've had such a positive experience today with a customer service I had to tell you. My APC back-up power protection broke some days ago. I just thought it'd been a horrible waste of money, since it's less than 2 years old. Today I've talked to the customer service and they told me I'll receive a new one in less than 48h guarranted. Countdown. I couldnt believe it. For such a chep product? Yes. Granted. Legendary Reliability. Or you get a new one. At home. If only all companies offered the same quality.
