NOAA skin

Hi again. The advantage of having a well structured site is that you can skin it quite easily in two or three lines of code (in the self made PHP styleswitcher) and a new stylesheet. Of course, all the XHTML is still exactly the same. So we've just added another alternate static theme, based on old drawings located at the NOAA Photo Library. Serve yourself from the preferences menu. You can also use the weblog commenting system if you wish to... mmm, comment about this new skin.

   Really cool! I've changed my screen resolution twice, and image header looks very cool. Good work, guy. [Am I writing in english?]
